News: Capital Campaign Pro Launches Free Weekly “Ready to Raise” Sessions

Capital Campaign Pro is launching Ready to Raise Sessions, a new series of free, weekly online trainings that give nonprofit leaders practical guidance for planning and executing successful capital campaigns.

Beginning September 24, 2026, the live 60-minute sessions will tackle a different capital campaign topic each week, with guidance from Capital Campaign Pro’s seasoned campaign experts.

Each Ready to Raise Session will feature 30 minutes of focused instruction followed by 30 minutes of live Q&A, giving nonprofit leaders plenty of time to ask questions about the topic at hand or the challenges they are facing in their own campaigns.

Capital campaigns involve hundreds of decisions, many of which happen well before an organization begins asking for gifts. The Ready to Raise series was created to make reliable campaign guidance more accessible to nonprofit staff and board members, whether they are exploring the possibility of a campaign, preparing to launch one, or already working their way through the campaign process.

Upcoming sessions will cover topics including:

• Pre-campaign planning and preparation
• Developing a compelling case for support
• Feasibility studies and campaign readiness
• Assessing technology before a campaign
• Engaging board members in a capital campaign
• Creating a capital campaign budget
• Deciding whether to hire a campaign consultant
• Campaign volunteers and committees
• Capital campaign research and data
• Creating and using a gift range chart

The first Ready to Raise Session, “Set Your Campaign Up for Success: 3 All-Important Pre-Campaign Strategies,” will take place Thursday, September 24 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern. Capital Campaign Pro CEO and co-founder Amy Eisenstein, ACFRE, will share three critical strategies for laying the groundwork for a successful campaign, followed by an extended live Q&A.

Additional sessions are already scheduled through December, with new topics and opportunities to learn from the Capital Campaign Pro team each week.
