Xan Blake, CFRE, is a nonprofit consultant and Campaign Advisor for Capital Campaign Pro. In 2011, Xan launched the Blake Partnership, a consulting firm that focuses on the fund development and governance needs of nonprofit organizations.

Prior to that time, Xan worked within the nonprofit sector serving as both a Vice President and a CEO for organizations providing health care to women, children and teens.

Areas of Expertise

While she enjoys working with many different types of organizations, she has a deep well of experience with organizations whose missions focus on health care, environmental or land preservation, people with disabilities, domestic violence, reproductive justice and independent schools.
