Anti-Racism Policy
We seek to be an anti-racist organization. As such, we do our best to:
- Identify our roles in enabling racist systems and how racism affects fundraising.
- Actively examine our own unearned privilege and biases.
- Be proactive about increasing the multicultural experiences of our team.
- Call out racism when we are aware of it.
DEI Advisory Committee
The DEI Advisory Committee at Capital Campaign Pro meets regularly to share best practices and solutions, address business challenges, and develop strategies to help achieve our vision around DEI as we move towards being an antiracist organization that is inclusive and accessible to all.
