Experienced Capital Campaign Advisor
Flexible Commitment:
Work with five to ten nonprofit clients. Approximately 5 hours per client/organization, per month. (Must have flexibility to meet clients’ scheduling needs across multiple time zones.)
Location:
We are a remote-first company. Join a growing team of professionals throughout the USA. Work from anywhere you are. All meetings are on eastern time.
Skills and Attributes:
Must have experience in capital campaign fundraising with at least 10 years in nonprofit fundraising and capital campaign consulting. Have led/managed multiple capital campaigns. Self-motivated, problem solver, creative, responsive, responsible, committed, loyal, honest, and dedicated to helping others. Good listening and writing skills are a must.
A Day in the Life of a Capital Campaign Pro Advisor:
Fully remote/virtual… Zoom from the comfort of your home office. Provide strategy, next steps, brainstorming, and advice to nonprofit leaders. Email draft agenda and notes to clients for each meeting. Working knowledge of Toolkit tools and methodology.

Account Executive at Capital Campaign Pro

The Account Executive is responsible for turning interested nonprofits into paying clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively follow up with website visitors, webinar attendees, content downloaders and other interested prospects by phone and email.
- Research and explore your leads with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Zoom with amazing nonprofit leaders and help them solve problems.
- Write proposals. Meet quotas. Track metrics. Close leads.
- This position is full-time and open to remote candidates. Must be available for internal meetings (all during normal business hours in eastern time zone) and prospect meetings, responsive to emails, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Work from anywhere you are!
Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
Experience in inside sales, lead development, or fundraising. Excellent written communications and listening are a must. Experience in capital campaign fundraising a plus. Self-motivated, ambitious, go-getter, problem solver, courageous, committed, loyal, honest, and dedicated to helping others. Must be comfortable on Zoom. Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, OntraPort, Marketo, etc.) a plus, and familiarity with Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) a must.

Base salary starting at $4,500 per month, plus commissions. On-Target Earnings (OTE) for a year at 100% goal attainment is around $68,000.

Engagement Specialist

About the Position:
The Engagement Specialist reports to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for generating qualified prospects for our sales team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through email and social media
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Representatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends
Location:
This position is open to remote candidates. Must be available for meetings (all during normal business hours in eastern time zone), responsive to emails, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Work from anywhere you are!
Successful candidates will move into a direct Sales position.
