Capital Campaign Pro is Trusted by…
Here’s how we’ll help you reach your campaign goals
Planning
You’ll develop a preliminary campaign plan by adapting the resources in the toolkit with the guidance of your advisor.
Your plan includes campaign objectives, gift range chart, depth chart, case for support, donor discussion guide, campaign budget, and your overall timeline.
Feasibility
Your advisor will train your team to conduct the feasibility study interviews, a key part of donor engagement.
Additionally, your advisor will help you collate the findings, develop recommendations, and prepare the report. Then you and your advisor will present the report to your board.
Securing Gifts
With clear objectives, a preliminary goal and board approval, you’ll begin the Quiet Phase of your campaign.
It’s during the Quiet Phase that you’ll solicit well over half the funds needed to reach your campaign goal. And once again, your expert advisor will be by your side.
We’ve Helped Many Clients Reach Their Campaign Goals

I seriously can’t believe we have raised $5.3 million! I remember when we finally broke $1 million and it seemed so hard, and I thought we would never ever be able to raise this much. You all were lifesavers. You kept me sane and taught me so many things! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

While most people work with Capital Campaign Pro through the duration of their campaign, we know that sometimes things come up and you may need to step away.
If that happens, just give us 30 days' notice and we’ll cancel your subscription.

We chose to use Capital Campaign Pro for our campaign because it was a great combination of resources, wise advice, and peer guidance. Having a good group to talk to is so important in this work — just to know you’re not alone — and to have someone to check your ideas against.
