Shawna brings nearly 15 years of comprehensive fundraising experience to her clients. She has held leadership roles at organizations such as Breakthrough New York, Rutgers University, and RWJ University Hospital, where she led multi-million-dollar fundraising initiatives while also gaining valuable capital campaign experience.
In 2020, Shawna founded her consulting firm to support nonprofits in their recovery and growth post-pandemic. She is especially passionate about collaborating with organizations focused on racial equity, economic development, and community-driven efforts.
