Andrea McNaughton
Andrea McNaughton has spent 25 years in the nonprofit sector, as a practitioner, consultant, coach, and mentor. She began her career as a fundraiser at some of Chicago’s leading nonprofits, and launched A McNaughton Consulting in 2015 to work as an independent consultant with clients from coast to coast.
With a proven ability as a strategic advisor and problem solver, Andrea has consulted with large and small organizations on capital campaigns, strategic planning, endowment fundraising, annual giving, and major gift strategy.
More recently, she became a certified coach to help nonprofit professionals chart a path that keeps them engaged professionally and personally, thus doing good for themselves and the world.
Areas of Expertise
Many of Andrea’s clients have operated in the performing arts, education and healthcare spaces. Gun violence prevention has also been an area of focus.
